Captain Australia’s Crime Fighting Journal, Entry#67
A brief update on my planned patrol this weekend. I have been hunting for locations of individuals who have previously committed a serious crime against children, if you’ve been following my Journal you know I intend to confront them as part of the Fight Evil component of my Mission. I’ve been having trouble finding specific current addresses for known paedophiles, does anyone have any special knowledge on this that they can help me with ?
In the meantime this weekend I will investigate a request that I just received from a property owner in south-east Queensland which is pretty much summed up in this excerpt (forgive the profanity):
“if your not bullsit about helping maybe you might be able to because the cops sure wont help, i own investment property in wynnum and north coast and one of the houses has been compleetly trashed by squatters the arseholes have broken windows and fittings and smashed walls but police wont remove them i think its teens and druggies and street kids maybe you can talk to them or freak them to scare them off, will you try for me? they come in at night as property is vacant”
He’s given me address and some legitimate personal details, so I will look into this on the weekend and see if I can negotiate a happy outcome for all concerned.
Also, I’d like to share with you some artwork that a talented citizen sent me last night, I think it’s great, and looks exactly like me!
Finally, I’ll audition for X-Factor next weekend, in the hopes of having a chance to articulate my mission to a very wide audience and inspire them to take personal ownership of saving the world. (as Ghandi said “Be the Change that you want to see in the World”. I just hope people don’t see me as a total joke. I’ve been thinking of song choices, any opinions on the below:

Are you actually out on the streets fighting crime or do you assist the police by gathering intelligence and so forth??

I get out on the streets and patrol Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne.
I’m on a leave of absence right now however, my son was born earlier this year, and I am focussing my efforts solely on being a dad and financial provider, but will resume my mission as Captain Australia soon.
