I’ve noticed an unusual help request, which I will excerpt for you below:

Yo Captain you probly don’t remember me but we meet at schoolies week and I been watching your site since then coz its interesting and I think you got huge balls mate. I dont need help but I want you to make a captain australia misic video for me coz I didnt get to see when you sung karaoke at schoolies which was pretty cool man.
I think its a sweet idea for you to make a karaoke video and people will think its awesome, I dont need help but it would make me laugh if you record it okay?
At first, I was inclined to reject this proposal, feeling that it would undermine my dignity and the seriousness of my Mission. Then I realised – what good is dignity if it distances you from people ? If fulfilling this request will make one kid smile, why not do it ?
A month or so ago, two young local guitarists were inspired by my Quest and messaged me with the “Captain Australia Theme Song” which I now attach to every post. I’m going to do it, and I’ll ask those guys to play guitar while I sing – I will record a musical performance for you, “Do-Rod”, and I hope everyone else enjoys it also.
So, real life super hero turned Karaoke King ? I bet you Captain America would never do this, folks – I hope you’re impressed that I will not only put my life on the line for you, but also my dignity.
Update: I just recorded Tina Turner’s “We Dont Need Another Hero” (sorry Tina). The guitarists (flakey musicians) bailed on me, and since I made a promise, I fulfilled it myself with only the help of my trusty harmonica. It’s uploading now. Merry Christmas.

With respect to replica boots – in a couple of weeks when I upgrade to version 2, I can sell you a pair of used gold spray-painted rubber gumboots if you’re interested.
Be careful though, they’ve already cost me 5 toenails!
